on Meditation
The focus of this course is Antar Mouna.
This meditation helps us to clearly deal with distracting
events and disturbing thoughts making it easier to keep a focused mind in our
day to day life.
Take the weekend off, and join us for yoga,
meditation and relaxation. The courses are held in Athenry in a secluded place
far from every day life.
Weekend
courses starts on Fridays 8pm to Sundays 1pm
Cost is €175. Deposit €100

Digestive Cleanse (Shankhaprakshalana)
Detoxifying your whole digestive system helps not
only to maintain the whole body/mind complex, but it will also boost your
immune system and improve energy levels.

Yoga
Come and enjoy a day of refreshing and relaxing Yoga.
We start with a 2-hour session of Yoga posture and
breathing. After a vegetarian Lunch, we will then go for a stroll in the
countryside, and a deep relaxation class follows this, ending the day with a
meditation class.

5 Day Summer
Course
This is a course of traditional Satyananda yoga
practices for people who want to work with the deeper aspect of yoga. We
welcome both novice & experienced students. It will be 5 days of integrating
Postures, Breathing, Chakras, Meditation & Deep relaxation. The food is
vegetarian (organic when possible) accommodation is shared (you may bring a
tent if you prefer).
The cost is €300. A deposit of €150 secures a place.
This covers tuition, food and accommodation.
18th – 27th
June
10 Day Summer
Course
This is a course of traditional Satyananda yoga
practices for people who want to work with the deeper aspect of yoga. We
welcome both novice & experienced students. It will be 10 days of
integrating postures, breathing, chakras, meditation & deep relaxation.
Starting with a big digestive cleansing, there will also be 3 days of silence.
The food is vegetarian (organic when possible) accommodation is shared (you may
bring a tent if you prefer).
The cost is €550. A deposit of €200 secures a place.
This covers tuition, food and accommodation.
Weekend courses are residential and include food and lodgings.
Booking: We ask you to give details of your health and previous yoga
experience on the enrolment form and a deposit of €100 on weekend courses.
